As a Business Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth strategy by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. - Generate new business by conducting cold calls, obtaining referrals, and targeting competitor client bases.
- Retain and develop existing client relationships through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client PR calls to ensure excellent operational service levels and build strong working relationships.
