As a Digital Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing day-to-day digital media plans while ensuring client satisfaction and campaign success. You will navigate the full digital ecosystem, manage performance-driven campaigns, and utilize your technical skills to deliver measurable results. Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will leverage digital tools and platforms to optimize campaigns and contribute to the overall success of the accounts you manage.
- Develop, execute, and manage digital media plans for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives and translate them into effective digital strategies.
- Utilize tools like Sizmek, DFA, GWI, and Synthesis to conduct research and optimize campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across various platforms, including Programmatic, RTB, banners, email newsletters, SEM, SEO, PPC, mobile advertising, and social media.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analysis and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
- Support inventory assessment using back-end tools and ensure campaigns align with client expectations and KPIs.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
| Required Skills and Qualifications |
- Proven experience in digital media planning or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sizmek, DFA, and Google Business Applications.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising concepts, including Programmatic, RTB, SEM, SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Familiarity with interactive digital tools such as GWI and Synthesis.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and data.
- Technical expertise in digital planning and performance-driven strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience as a Digital Manager or similar role.
- Background in performance marketing and campaign optimization.
- Experience with biddable media campaigns and inventory management tools.
- Strong client service and people management skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for staying updated on industry developments.
