About the Opportunity

A well-known motor dealership group is seeking highly motivated, energetic, and determined individuals to join their Sales Team as New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executives. Role Overview

As a New & Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the dealership. Your role will involve prospecting new clients, conducting test drives, preparing vehicles for delivery, and ensuring all sales documentation is accurate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales and sales activity targets (7-8 units per month, non-negotiable).
  • Prospect new clients daily through various channels.
  • Conduct demonstrations and test drives for potential clients.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure all delivery standards are met.
  • Perform a thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements.
  • Open deal folders and assist the Finance and Insurance (F&I) team with accurate documentation.
  • Attend training sessions and events hosted by the dealership and manufacturer.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Valid South African ID.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Clear criminal and ITC records.
    • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a franchised or non-franchised dealership.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Must be fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
    • Computer literacy is essential.
    • Availability of recent payslips as proof of sales performance.
